◆講習会・イベント・レッスン参加規約および免責事項 同意チェック □
「日本ヨガアライアンス協会」（以下「当協会」といいます）が主催または関与するすべての講習会、イベント、レッスン、クラス等（以下「本プログラム」といいます）にご参加いただくにあたり、以下の内容を必ずご確認・ご承諾ください。
１．参加条件および同意事項
・本プログラムへのご参加にあたり、事前に当協会が定める利用規約および本免責事項に同意いただく必要があります。
・未成年者の参加については、保護者の同意書の提出を必須とし、当日保護者の同伴が必要な場合があります。
・健康状態に不安がある方、医師により運動制限を受けている方は、参加をお控えください。ご自身の責任において安全を最優先してください。
２．免責事項
・当協会は、参加者が本プログラム参加中に発生したケガ・事故・体調不良等について、一切の責任を負いません。すべて自己責任のもとでご参加ください。
・参加者が当協会の施設・備品等に損害を与えた場合は、その損害について補償責任を負うものとします。
・会場内外における盗難・紛失等のトラブルについても、当協会は責任を負いません。貴重品等は各自で厳重に管理してください。
・災害・天候・交通機関の乱れ・講師の体調不良その他やむを得ない事情により、やむなく本プログラムを中止または変更する場合があります。その際の交通費・宿泊費・参加費等の返金は一切いたしかねます。予めご了承ください。
３．肖像権および記録・広報に関する同意
・当協会は、本プログラムの様子を記録・撮影し、当協会のホームページ、SNS、広報資料等に使用することがあります。
・肖像権の使用に支障がある場合は、事前にその旨をお申し出ください。
４．禁止事項
以下の行為を固く禁止します。該当行為が認められた場合、参加を中止していただく場合がございます。その際の返金等は一切いたしません。
・他の参加者や関係者への迷惑行為やハラスメント行為
・許可のない録音・録画・撮影行為
・政治・宗教・ネットワークビジネス等の勧誘行為
・酒気帯び、薬物使用後の参加
・その他、参加にそぐわない行動、言動、行為
５．その他
・本免責事項および規約は、必要に応じて予告なく変更されることがあります。常に最新の内容をご確認ください。
・参加費の返金については、原則として応じかねます。
以上の内容に同意のうえ、ご参加をお願いいたします。

◆ Participation Terms and Disclaimer Agreement for Workshops, Events, and Lessons □
Before participating in any workshop, event, lesson, or class (hereinafter referred to as “Program”) hosted or supported by the Japan Yoga Alliance Association (hereinafter “the Association”), please carefully read and agree to the following terms:
1. Participation Conditions and Agreement
Participation in the Program requires prior agreement to the Association’s terms of use and this disclaimer.
Minors must submit a consent form signed by a guardian. In some cases, a guardian’s presence on the day may be required.
Those with health concerns or under medical exercise restrictions should refrain from participating. Please prioritize your own safety and health.
2. Disclaimer
The Association assumes no responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or health issues occurring during participation. Participation is at your own risk.
Participants will be liable for any damage caused to facilities or equipment belonging to the Association.
The Association is not responsible for theft, loss, or similar incidents inside or outside the venue. Please manage valuables carefully.
The Program may be cancelled or changed due to natural disasters, weather, transportation issues, instructor illness, or other unavoidable reasons. In such cases, travel, accommodation, and participation fees will not be refunded.
3. Consent Regarding Image Rights and Publicity
The Association may record and photograph the Program for use on its website, SNS, and promotional materials.
If you do not consent to the use of your image, please inform us in advance.
4. Prohibited Acts
The following acts are strictly prohibited. If such acts are identified, participation may be suspended without refund.
Harassment or disruptive behavior toward other participants or staff
Unauthorized recording, filming, or photography
Solicitation related to politics, religion, or network businesses
Participation while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Any behavior or actions deemed inappropriate for the Program
5. Other
These terms and disclaimer are subject to change without notice. Please check for the latest version.
Participation fees are non-refundable as a general rule.
By agreeing to the above, you may participate in the Program.

◆ Acuerdo de Términos de Participación y Exención de Responsabilidad □
Antes de participar en cualquier taller, evento, clase o lección (en adelante, “el Programa”) organizado o respaldado por la Asociación Japonesa de Alianza de Yoga (en adelante, “la Asociación”), por favor lea y acepte los siguientes términos:
1. Condiciones de participación y acuerdo
Para participar, es obligatorio aceptar previamente los términos de uso y esta exención de responsabilidad establecidos por la Asociación.
Los menores deben presentar una autorización firmada por su tutor. Puede ser necesaria la presencia del tutor el día del evento.
Las personas con problemas de salud o restricciones médicas deben abstenerse de participar. Priorice siempre su seguridad.
2. Exención de responsabilidad
La Asociación no se responsabiliza por lesiones, accidentes o problemas de salud durante la participación. La participación es bajo su propio riesgo.
Si un participante causa daños a instalaciones o equipos, deberá asumir la responsabilidad de la compensación.
La Asociación no se responsabiliza por robos, pérdidas u otros incidentes dentro o fuera del recinto. Cuide sus objetos personales.
El Programa puede cancelarse o modificarse por causas de fuerza mayor como desastres, clima, problemas de transporte o salud del instructor. No se realizarán reembolsos en dichos casos.
3. Consentimiento sobre derechos de imagen y publicidad
La Asociación podrá grabar o fotografiar el Programa para utilizarlo en su página web, redes sociales o materiales promocionales.
Si no desea que se utilice su imagen, notifíquelo previamente.
4. Acciones prohibidas
Están estrictamente prohibidas las siguientes acciones. La participación podrá cancelarse sin reembolso si se detectan:
Comportamiento molesto o acoso hacia otros participantes o personal
Grabaciones, filmaciones o fotos sin autorización
Actividades de proselitismo político, religioso o negocios multinivel
Participar bajo los efectos del alcohol o drogas
Comportamientos inadecuados para el Programa
5. Otros
Estos términos pueden modificarse sin previo aviso. Revise siempre la última versión.
Por regla general, no se realizan reembolsos de cuotas de participación.
Al aceptar lo anterior, podrá participar en el Programa.

◆ 讲习会・活动・课程参与条款及免责事项 同意确认 □
在参加由“日本瑜伽联盟协会”（以下简称“本协会”）主办或参与的所有讲习会、活动、课程、班级（以下简称“本项目”）前，请务必确认并同意以下内容：
1. 参与条件及同意事项
参加本项目须事先同意本协会制定的使用条款及免责事项。
未成年人需提交监护人签署的同意书，并可能需在当日由监护人陪同。
有健康问题或医生限制运动者，请勿参与。请优先考虑自身安全。
2. 免责事项
本协会对参与者在活动期间发生的受伤、事故、身体不适等情况概不负责，请在自身责任下参加。
若参与者造成设施或设备的损坏，须负责赔偿。

如不同意使用肖像，请提前告知。
4. 禁止事项
以下行为严禁发生，如发现，将取消参与资格且不予退款：
对其他参与者或工作人员进行骚扰、造成困扰的行为
未经许可的录音、录像、摄影
与政治、宗教、传销相关的宣传行为
酒后或药物影响下参加
其他不适合参与本项目的言行
5. 其他
本条款及免责事项可能会根据需要不经通知而更改，请随时确认最新版本。
原则上，不接受任何退款请求。

◆ 강습회・이벤트・레슨 참가 약관 및 면책 조항 동의 확인 □
「일본요가얼라이언스협회」（이하 “본 협회”)가 주최 또는 관련된 모든 강습회, 이벤트, 수업, 클래스(이하 “본 프로그램”)에 참여하시기 전에, 아래 내용을 반드시 확인 및 동의해 주시기 바랍니다.
1. 참가 조건 및 동의 사항
본 프로그램에 참가하려면, 사전에 본 협회가 정한 이용 규약 및 면책 사항에 동의해야 합니다.
미성년자는 보호자의 동의서를 제출해야 하며, 당일 보호자의 동반이 필요한 경우가 있습니다.
건강 상태가 좋지 않거나 의사로부터 운동 제한을 받은 경우에는 참가를 삼가 주세요. 본인의 책임 하에 안전을 최우선으로 해 주시기 바랍니다.
2. 면책 조항
본 협회는 프로그램 중 발생한 부상, 사고, 건강 이상 등에 대해 일체 책임을 지지 않습니다. 모든 참여는 본인의 책임 하에 진행됩니다.
참가자가 본 협회의 시설이나 비품에 손해를 입힌 경우, 해당 손해에 대한 배상 책임을 집니다.
장소 안팎에서의 도난, 분실 등의 문제에 대해서도 본 협회는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 귀중품은 각자 철저히 관리해 주시기 바랍니다.
천재지변, 기상, 교통 지연, 강사 건강 문제 등 부득이한 사정으로 프로그램이 취소 또는 변경될 수 있습니다. 이 경우 교통비, 숙박비, 참가비 등은 일절 환불되지 않습니다.
3. 초상권 및 기록・홍보 관련 동의
본 협회는 프로그램 모습을 기록・촬영하여 홈페이지, SNS, 홍보자료 등에 사용할 수 있습니다.
초상권 사용에 문제가 있는 경우 사전에 알려주시기 바랍니다.
4. 금지 사항
다음 행위는 엄격히 금지됩니다. 위반 시 참가가 중단되며 환불은 일절 불가합니다.
타 참가자 및 관계자에게 폐를 끼치는 행위, 괴롭힘 등
허가되지 않은 녹음・녹화・촬영
정치, 종교, 네트워크 비즈니스 등의 권유
음주 또는 약물 복용 후의 참가
그 외, 참가에 적절하지 않은 행동이나 발언
5. 기타
본 면책 조항 및 규약은 필요 시 예고 없이 변경될 수 있습니다. 항상 최신 내용을 확인해 주십시오.
참가비는 원칙적으로 환불이 불가합니다.
